Why I do this work

I'm Natasha Mora, a licensed California Realtor and real estate developer.

My family lost our home to foreclosure in 2012. Nobody told us we had options until it was too late to use them, and nobody asked where we would go next.

Years later, as a developer, I went through foreclosure and bankruptcy on one of my own projects. I know what the letters feel like, how fast the dates come, and how few people explain your choices while there's still time to make them.

I started Foreclosure Rescue to be that person for other homeowners: someone who explains the options plainly, sells the home on the open market so the equity stays with the family, and helps plan the next home before the move.
